The National Support Centre is open 24 hours and already holds the site’s keys.

The right key is taken

Keys sit in a key room that is itself alarmed. Each key is tagged, coded and held in a tamper-proof seal.

An officer attends

A keyholding officer goes to the property. Mobile patrols can attend the same activation.

The site is checked

The officer attends the property. Police are called if the activation needs them.

Keys are held to BS7984-1:2016 and the SIA code of practice. Clients named on the page include local authorities, the NHS and property managers. SIA Approved Contractor register.
